Terms and Conditions mybwt – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and mybwt ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any mybwt service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

To use the mybwt platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the date of registration and while using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online gambling activities.
• Not be a mybwt employee, a relative of an employee, or anyone directly associated with platform operations.
• Not currently subject to any gambling restriction, whether voluntary or mandatory.

Mybwt uses an automated age verification system during the registration process. However, this does not reduce the individual's responsibility to ensure they meet the age requirement before registering. Any attempt to register by an underage individual will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all existing balances.

Each player is allowed to have one (1) active account only at mybwt. Holding more than one account — whether under the same or different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:

• Full name as shown on a valid government-issued identity document.
• An accurate and verifiable date of birth.
• An active email address used exclusively for your mybwt account.
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Valid Malaysian bank account information in your own name.

Your mybwt account is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, rent, or in any way allow another person to use your account. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.

Mybwt accepts deposits via several approved payment methods, including FPX (all major Malaysian banks), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and credit/debit cards issued by Malaysian banks. All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name — third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Before making your first withdrawal, basic KYC verification is required — including uploading a photo of your identity document and a selfie holding that document.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 require advanced KYC verification.
• Wins from bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Mybwt processes withdrawals in an average of 8 minutes for regular members and under 5 minutes for VIP members.

Deposits made using illegally obtained funds or through unlawful activities will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities. mybwt has a legal obligation to report suspicious transactions under anti-money laundering laws.

Mybwt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each offer. The following are general principles that apply to all bonus types:

• Rollover requirement: Most bonuses have rollover requirements, meaning you must wager a specified amount before the bonus funds and any winnings from them can be withdrawn.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used before the expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• One active bonus at a time: You may not obtain or use more than one bonus at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute 100% towards rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute in full, while table games and sports betting may contribute at varying percentages.
• Wagering limit during bonus: While using an active bonus balance, the maximum bet per round or per hand is RM 20 unless otherwise stated.

All games on mybwt use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a qualified third party. The outcome of every game is final and cannot be disputed on the basis of luck or player expectation.

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay — whether on the platform's side or the player's side — mybwt will use its log system to determine the game status. In cases that cannot be resolved technically, mybwt reserves the right to void the round and return the original bet to the player.

• Game results recorded in the mybwt system are final.
• Internet disruptions on the player's end do not entitle any claims for unrecorded wins.
• Any bug or technical vulnerability exploited intentionally will result in account closure and cancellation of all associated wins.
• The use of bots, automation software, or any other unfair methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

Mybwt maintains a healthy, respectful, and safe community environment for all players. Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Threatening, abusive, racist, or harmful language directed at any player or mybwt staff in chat or other communications.
• Sharing another person's private information without consent (doxing).
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt mybwt's technical systems.
• Acting in any manner that could compromise the integrity of the games or the interests of other players.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).

Violating any of these conduct rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the violation.

Mybwt collects and processes players' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is accessible on the page Privacy Policy. Collected data is used for platform operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service-related communications.

All data is stored with strong encryption and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. mybwt complies with applicable data protection laws in all its operations.

Mybwt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform. mybwt's total liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding any wins or bonuses.

Mybwt makes no guarantee that:

• The platform will operate without interruptions or be completely free from technical errors.
• All software bugs will be resolved within a set timeframe.
• The servers running the platform are free from viruses or malicious components.

Mybwt will make every effort to minimise disruptions and will notify players through official communication channels in the event of scheduled maintenance that may affect platform availability.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the mybwt support team. Before closure, all real money funds (excluding bonuses that have not met their rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the payment method registered to the account.

Mybwt reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player is found to have violated any of the Terms stated in this document.
• Upon request by relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• The player enrolled in a self-exclusion program and subsequently attempted to access the platform.

Mybwt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the mybwt website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable conditions.

For amendments involving material changes to player rights, mybwt will notify active players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account without penalty before the amendment takes effect.
